Bergshav Management has conducted
several newbuilding projects over the years.
The highlights of these projects include shuttle tankers, cruise vessels, car
carriers, chemical tankers, offshore construction units and supply vessels.
To meet the challenges, a dedicated team is appointed and responsible for
the project. The projects have included newbuildings for long-term
employment to e.g. Navion/Teekay, Skaugen PetroTrans and Eitzen Chemical.

'MT 'Bertina' |
| Full project management of four
100,000 DWT crude oil tankers on Tsuneishi Shipyard, Japan, delivered in 2007.
The vessels are purpose built lightering tankers, which are employed on long
term charter parties with Skaugen PetroTrans, the leading lightering operator in
USA. Full project management related to the construction of two IMO type II
13,000 DWT chemical tankers at 21st Century Shipbuilding, Korea. The
vessels where delivered in 2006 and 2008 respectively.
Project management for the construction of the most advanced luxury cruise/apartments liner,
"The World". This one of a kind floating resort was delivered
from the yard early 2002 to our customer The World of ResidenSea Ltd. Our
team was assigned for this project for a period of more than 5 years. On
delivery this USD 270 mill investment contained 110 luxury flats and 88 guest
suites and a village of shops, restaurants and recreation/hotel
facilities. |
